Delivery & Returns

Once you place an order we will dispatch your item(s) within 48 hours.

If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.

We use First & Second Class via Royal Mail or, for larger items, we use a courier service.

Standard UK delivery is £4.50.

Larger items may incur further postage costs – please see individual items for details.

We know that receiving a delivery can be difficult if you are not in the house all day.  If there is a possibility you won’t be home, please send us clear instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel.

Our shop is open Tuesday-Sunday 10:00 – 18:00 and Sundays 10:00–17:00. 

We are closed on Mondays to catch up on sleeps.

Shipping to the USA & Canada

Delivery to the US should take 5-11 working days and we are only able to deliver to the address registered to the card / paypal account through which payment is received.

We ship using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service at a standard rate of £15.00 for orders over £50.00.

We are unable to ship food or liquids and some of our larger items e.g. beds.

Customs Charges – The recipient of the order may be liable for additional customs, import duty or other charges. If this is the case they will receive a separate request for these charges.

All prices include any UK VAT that may be applicable and as a result you will pay the same price whether VAT is chargeable on the order or not.

Returns

We sincerely hope you will love your chosen item(s).  All items are quality checked before dispatch and we make every effort to ensure that your purchases arrive with you safely.

However, if you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packing or used in anyway. 

Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s).

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we will refund your order.  

We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive damaged.

Returns from the USA & Canada

We sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you do need to return an item to us from overseas, unfortunately we would need you to pay the return shipping rate.
