Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and with original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase.

Reasons for return

  • If your item is damaged please contact us first before sending it back to us.
  • If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size of apparel, we offer an exchange or credit note. We do not offer refunds on wrongly sized clothing - please measure carefully.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us  within 24 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as any foods, treats, or any opened products), custom products (such as print on demand human clothing items).

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If your item of dog apparel is the wrong size, please contact us before sending your item back and we will offer an exchange or credit note. We ask that you ship your item back to us before we send out the new size.

Refunds
Please note that while most refunds are processed within 10 business days, the exact timing can vary depending on your bank and the date when the refund was actioned (for example any refund actioned at the weekend will not process until a working day - this is due to bank policy, not our own). 

Gift Card Policy
Gift E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
