Northern Ireland - standard rate £3.99 (with our apologies, we are unable to ship food or treats to Northern Ireland).
Large bags (over 5kg) of Kibble are sent via courier and cost - £4.99
USA & Canada - we have currently suspended shipping to the USA/Canada due to high prices and taxes. We hope we may be able to ship to you again in the future.
We currently do not ship to Europe.
Once you place an order
Once you place an order we will dispatch your item(s) usually within 48 hours.
If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.
We use First & Second Class via Royal Mail or, for larger items, we use a courier service. If your order is over £50.00 we use Royal Mail signed.
Standard UK delivery is £3.99
We know that receiving a delivery can be difficult if you are not in the house all day. If there is a possibility you won’t be home, please send us clear instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel.
Our shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:30–17:00 and Sundays 11:00–16:00.
We are closed on Mondays to catch up on admin!
Shipping to Europe
Unfortunately due to recent changes in shipping rules and tax implications, we have suspended shipping to Europe. We are so sorry about this, but at the current time we are unable to absorb the costs of the extra taxes and rises in shipping rates to Europe.
Shipping to Northern Ireland
Unfortunately we are unable to ship treats or food to Northern Ireland. We are able to ship all other products.
We sincerely hope you will love your chosen item(s). All items are quality checked before dispatch and we make every effort to ensure that your purchases arrive with you safely.
However, if you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packing or used in anyway.
Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s).
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we will refund your order.
We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive damaged.

Returns from the USA/Canada & Europe
We sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you do need to return an item to us from overseas, unfortunately we would need you to pay the return shipping rate. Please contact us with any problems so that we can try and resolve them before you need to return your item.
