Shipping Details

This delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of orders placed on our website. 

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once your parcel is on its way with tracking information. We use Royal Mail for the majority of parcels, but for larger items such as beds we use couriers such as DPD or ParcelForce.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days

Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not offer international delivery other than on our clothing merchandise, which ships worldwide.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

If you use the Shop app, you can also track your delivery in real time through the app.

We are not responsible for courier delays or external factors beyond our control once your parcel has left us but we will of course help if anything goes wrong. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please email us info@bemorebob.co.uk with your order number. We will answer within 24 hours and help as much as we can.
