Hey everyone! I'm Jess Ostle, the proud owner of Oh My Pup!
I graduated from Hartpury with a Level 3 in Animal Management in 2022. I am also certified with an iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming & Salon Management. I achieved this in 2023.
When I’m not pampering pups, you’ll find me exploring with my two whippets, Billy & Jim, or camping in my Tentbox and enjoying a spot of gardening. I am excited to share my passion for pups with you all!

Based in the heart of Cheltenham at Be More Bob. Our brand new salon is light, bright and calm. Your dog will enjoy 1 on 1 time with me and be able to relax in the garden before or after their groom.
If you'd like to see the grooming space before you book, pop in to Be More Bob and ask to take a peak. They are open Tuesday-Saturday 10.30-5.00.

Drop-off / Pick-up
The grooming salon is based at Be More Bob, 45 Winchcombe Street Cheltenham.
You are welcome to drop your dog and go, or there is a waiting area if you prefer to grab a coffee in store and stay around.
There is street parking directly outside Be More Bob, but it is limited. If you are dropping and leaving, you can pull up directly outside the shop as you are allowed five minutes 'loading time'.
If you are parking and walking to Be More Bob, there are several very close and convenient options.
Pittville Lawn - four hours free parking. This street is only 5-8 minutes walk to the shop and you can park there for four hours.
John Lewis multi-storey car park, Albion Street. Ample parking and you can enter John Lewis with your dog. Be More Bob is directly behind John Lewis and is only a few minutes walk.
Portland Place NCP. A large ground level car park that is one street over and only a few minutes walk.
