You can print all of these at home on paper or card stock.  The tags can be cut out and used for your party bags.

For the hats, you just need to cut and glue the edge, then use a little elastic to create a chin strap.

Print the invitations as 'A5' so that you can fold in half and create a card!

Print the tags on A4, cut out and use on your party bags!
