The Melrose soft woven harness

The Melrose is an amazingly versatile, FULLY REVERSIBLE soft woven dog harness - it emulates your own coolest organic cotton jeans with its dark denim wash, yellow stitching and western style pocket on one side and a beautiful, bright woven tartan on the other - two super stylish looks for the price of one!

What's more it's made mainly from organic cotton (the denim is 100% organic cotton, the tartan is 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester). 

Navy velcro straps on both sides allow you plenty of room for adjustment to fit the harness comfortably on your dog.

There's a securely anchored metal D-ring for attaching your dog's lead on each side of the garment.

Which size?

If you’re anything like us, you’ll find that getting the size right is the trickiest part of buying any clothing for your dog, particularly online! If you are unsure, do drop us a line.

Obviously our friends come in many different shapes and sizes and even those of the same breed can vary dramatically. With this in mind we've found that using the following measurements is critical to getting the best possible fit.

So, off you go to find your tape measure to help avoid disappointment!

Back length – measured from where their collar sits, on their neck, to the base of their tail.

Neck – the circumference taken where their collar sits

Chest – the circumference taken around the widest part of their chest

The most important measurements for harnesses are the chest and the neck, but both do have adjustable velcro fastenings making them very easy to fit.
