Shipping policy

Once you place an order we will dispatch your item(s) within 48/72 hours.

If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.

We use Second Class via Royal Mail or, for larger items, we use a courier service.

Standard UK delivery is £4.50

Shipping is free over £75.00

Local delivery (Cheltenham) is free over £30.00

We know that receiving a delivery can be difficult if you are not in the house all day.  If there is a possibility you won’t be home, please send us clear instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel.

Our shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:30 – 17:00 and Sundays 11:00–16:00. 

We are closed on Mondays.
