Refund policy

We sincerely hope you will love your chosen item(s).  All items are quality checked before dispatch and we make every effort to ensure that your purchases arrive with you safely.

However, if you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.

Wrong size - please note we offer a credit note on any items that have been purchased but are the wrong size*

Faulty item - if the item is faulty, we will replace or refund, whichever you prefer

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packing or used in anyway. 

Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s). You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive damaged. In the event this happens, the postal carrier will be liable.
